Alexey Raevsky, CEO

As CEO of Zecurion, Alexey Raevsky is responsible for spearheading the development of the company’s encryption-based security solutions. Under his direction, Zecurion’s software has won multiple awards, including Product of the Year from the Russian Academy of Science and Best Innovation in Information Security at Security Technologies Exhibition.

In 2001, Raevsky founded SecurIT, a company focused on the development of software to protect corporate sensitive data from internal threats. During his tenure at SecurIT, he held multiple positions including managing director and director of research and development. Before SecurIT, Raevsky worked as a senior programmer at Aladdin RD, researching and managing the full life-cycle of software, from the gathering of initial business requirements to licensing, programming and testing.

Raevsky holds a degree from Moscow Physical-Mathematical School and an applied mathematics degree from Moscow State Institute of Engineering Physics (Technical University). He earned an honorary diploma from the Russian Academy of Sciences for outstanding contribution to the development of information technologies.

Raevsky is an active member of the Association of Information Protection (AZI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He teaches the basics of information security at Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM) and is fluent in English and French. Alexey is currently finishing his PhD with his doctorial thesis focusing on how multithreaded encryption processes can be used to secure critical data within the enterprise more efficiently and securely than traditional linear processing.

Ross Leo, CSO

As Zecurion CSO, Mr. Leo’s role is not only to protect Zecurion but also to guide the Zecurion product line development in terms of meeting client needs and compliance requirements as are found in Healthcare, Financial, Payment Card, Legal, and similar markets. His approach is unique in that it focuses on the product protective effectiveness for the most precious of corporate assets: intellectual capital and commercial advantage properties. His approach to clients is to ensure that in using Zecurion, they can stop the electronic flow of these valuable commodities and thus all but prevent losses of business advantage or the incurrence of liabilities. His goal is to ensure that in today's world, this type of protection from others is rare and costly, and that the Zecurion solution is neither, and yet is extremely effective in guarding against this insider threat.

Mr. Leo has been an Information Security professional for nearly 30 years.  During his long career, he has worked in both national and international arenas as a Security Systems Analyst and Engineer, and Security Management Consultant.  His past employers include IBM, NASA, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, and others.  From 1998 to 2002, he was Director of Security Engineering and Chief Security Architect for Mission Control at the Johnson Space Center.  More recently, Mr. Leo was the Director of Information Systems, and Chief Information Security Officer for the Managed Care Division of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.

As part of his professional work, Mr. Leo has traveled internationally teaching Information Security architecture and engineering, including CISSP, CISM, CBCP, and ISSEP Certification Examination Review Seminars. He has trained and certified over 3500 practicing professionals since 1998.  Committed to the highest standards in Information Assurance education, Mr. Leo serves as a member of several university advisory boards overseeing curriculum development and programs in the Information Assurance and Engineering areas; including DeVry University, Voorhees College, and Texas State Technical College.  Mr. Leo attended Graduate School at the University of Houston, and Undergraduate school at Southern Illinois University.

Mr. Leo is the Executive Director of the HIPAA Conformance Certification Organization (HCCO), and heads Security, Privacy, and Continuity Committee.  He has served as a Board Member of the IT Security Council for the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS). He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Information Security, Audit, and Control Association (ISACA), and a member of the American Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology (ABFET) for The American College of Forensic Examiners International (ACFEI).  Mr. Leo holds certifications from each of these organizations.
 

Lisbi Abraham, CTO, Senior Advisor

Lisbi Abraham is Chief Technology Officer and  Senior Advisor to Zecurion’s executive management team and board of directors, providing strategic advice on company and product direction. He is also vice president and Financial Services Practice Leader of Alliance Global Services where he is responsible for aligning technology solutions with the business direction of his clients to match their needs.

Before joining Alliance Global Services, Abraham spent eight years at American International Group, holding various positions including chief technology officer, senior systems officer and manager. Prior to AIG, he held management positions at Fidelity Investments, Wellington Management Company and Advanced Computer Applications.

Abraham earned an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business and a B.S.E. from University of Pennsylvania, Moore School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He has participated in network security panels and presented at the Gartner IT Expo.

 

Allen Brewer, Advisory Board Member

As a member of the Zecurion Advisory Board, Allen Brewer analyzes growth strategies, supports strategic planning and coaches executives in developing their vision.

Most recently Brewer joined Flushing Savings Bank as the senior vice president and CIO responsible for setting the strategic IT direction for the organization. He is a seasoned senior IT executive with over 30 years experience in leading technology initiatives for a number of fortune 500 companies. Following September 11th 2001, he held a position as a member on the Senior Advisory board to the Department of Homeland Security where he helped set and develop a set of integration initiatives in support of our country’s National Security.

Brewer holds a BS in electrical engineering from Arizona State University and a MBA in management from Hofstra University.
